Q: Where are your products made?
A: Every item is handmade by Fatima in New York using carefully sourced natural materials like cotton, jute, semi-precious beads, freshwater pearls, and plated metals.

Q: Do you ship outside the United States?
A: At the moment we ship within the U.S. only.

Q: How long does processing take?
A: Most ready-to-ship items are packed within 3–5 business days. Custom orders may require 1–2 weeks depending on complexity.

Q: What shipping options do you offer?
A: Standard and Priority USPS shipping are available at checkout. Orders over $35 ship free within the U.S.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes, you’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package ships.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Because our products are handmade and often customized, returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can help

Q: Are your earrings safe for sensitive ears?
A: Yes! Hooks and findings are sterling silver or sterling silver with 18k gold plating, making them nickel-free and hypoallergenic. We also use stainless steel for some of our jewelry (for example bracelets or some earrings).

Q: How should I care for my jewelry?
A: Store in a dry place, avoid direct water or perfume contact, and polish gently with a soft cloth to maintain shine.

Q: Are the beads and stones natural?
A: Yes, the stones are natural. We use a mix of natural semi-precious stones (like green aventurine) and plated volcanic and hematite beads or for unique color and texture. We also use handcrafted lamp glass beads or ceramic beads for some of our jewelry. 

Q: How do I clean my hand-painted pouches or T-shirts?
A: Spot clean with mild soap and cold water or gentle cold water cycle and air dry. Do not bleach. For T-shirts, hand wash inside out and air dry or use a gentle cold water cycle.

Q: Are the paints and dyes safe?
A: Yes, we use non-toxic, fabric-safe paints and sealants to ensure durability and safety.

Q: Can I request custom colors, names, or designs?
A: Absolutely! We love creating personalized pouches, wedding favors, and jewelry. Send us your ideas through our Custom Order Form.

Q: What is the minimum order for wedding favors or bridesmaid gifts?
A: We recommend ordering at least 4 weeks in advance for events. There’s no strict minimum, but bulk orders receive special pricing.

Q: Can I see a sample before placing a large order?
A: Yes, sample pieces can be arranged for a small fee which will be applied to your final order if you proceed.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
A: Yes! Every order comes beautifully packaged and ready to gift. You can also add a personalized message at checkout.

Q: Can I ship directly to the recipient?
A: Definitely. Enter their address at checkout and include a note—we’ll leave out the invoice.
